From our friend Peter O. in Mexico "Just couldn't resist sending you a pic of the classic shortcut Alamos, Mexico to el Fuerte 120 km by paved road. The locals claimed the short cut is 60 clicks. Six and one half hours, and 140 km later...... ouch! I am laughing now, but I was sweating bullets then."
